Excellent customer service. Someone named Tammie helped me since I had a lot of questions and not knowing anything about renting a storage unit. It was refreshing to Speke with someone who’s willing to help and have such good personality with a great laugh! I signed quickly after speaking with Tammie and knowing I’m moving to a clean place!! If your moving to Rancho Cordova, definitely ask for Tammie!!!
Everything was done on line, no contact with an employee. The manager was very helpful and walked me through the on line and move in process so it was super easy.
It was a very easy and clean process to rent space at Extra Space Storage!

I have a problem using the lock on the unit. Tammy was very friendly and helpful. She showed me my unit as well as the size of others.

Extra Space Storage had conveniently located unit by where I live, yet not unit of the size I needed was available there, therefore, the super nice employee offered the next convenient location with a promotion, and the unit size I needed. I feel that extra storage space went above and beyond to accommodate me! Thank you!
