Chaniesa is the best! She has been so patient and helpful to me over the years. No one ever really plans to be in a storage this long, but she has certainly made it a lot easier to maintain and I always look forward to seeing her when I am there.

Wish all companies had a Tammy working for them. Super friendly, very polite and truly knows her job. I needed a safe place to Park my work vehicle after it had been broken into several times. She had me set up on auto pay and a parking spot with in minutes. What I really liked was her awareness of all those coming and going. This place rocks! Tami is truly a gem. Super helpful and so sweet. Never thought I would get this type of customer service this past year at a storage facility. Their rates are reasonable and fair and in addition to that, I got monthly updates to remind me of when my payment would be coming out etc. This is a place to go!

For $265/mo, we expected an interior light and/or electricity. The roll up doors are plastic, but as long as security is good, that'll be fine. Parking at or near your unit may be a problem (today, 3 vehicles were parked in front of ours because they have walk-in storage behind us). They have the best hours we could find and the location works well for us.

No hassle. Easy move in and out. We forgot to lock the unit one night and they actually called us to let us know the lock was not on correctly and asked if we wanted a new lock put on. Highly recommend. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and kind.
