I had a great experience at the Burbank W Verdugo location!! I had to move out of my apartment very last minute and Extra Space was able to accommodate my storage needs less than 24 hours before I needed them! Also some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! I spoke with Justin, the store manager, and he made everything so easy. I was able to reserve a unit, sign all of the paperwork, and handle payment info all over the phone with Justin in under 15 minutes. After being a customer for 5 years, on the date of moveout I was told dumpsters were no longer accessible for customers (they had been for the previous 4 years, leaving us in a lurch at 9pm to find dumpsters in the city for an hr to drop off our stuff. When we returned at 9:55pm to retrieve our last couple of boxes & sweep our unit, we were accused by the night manager of trying to steal carts and to immediately leave the property, even though the gate closed at 10pm and we were inside the gate.
