Custome service here is A1. Jocelyn is the person to talk too. She helped me out and answered any questions I had. Very nice person and even better customer service.

Checked out a few storages before this one, and wow, is it hard to get ahold of an actual person on the phone. This one answered right away, answered my questions, and were ready to take me on a tour and show me the units after I reserved one online. All of the buildings were super clean, looks like they put new carpets, and the actual units were very clean. The manager, Jocelyn, was absolutely amazing. When I came in I was greeted by Val, he was able to show me the correct size of unit I needed. Also he showed me how to take full advantage of the space so that I could stay in my budget. It took just a few minutes to complete the full rental.

Location, availability of the right sized unit and a good price are what caused me to visit. Manager Jocelyn's friendly professional demeanor and her having answers to all my questions closed the deal. I'm a first-time storage space renter and I'm happy with every aspect of my Extra Space experience as led by Jocelyn. Highly recommend!

We used Extra Space Storage during a transition for a move. The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend using extra space for any size unit you need. Prices are fair compared to other places we looked into. Jocelyne was helpful with making sure all our needs are met. Wonderful company. Jocelyn was so kind and receptive and extremely helpful. She made me feel secure about the location from the start. Extra space storage is constantly monitored throughout the day and night and the spaces are reasonable priced. If you are searching for a safe and secure storage unit, give them a call.

I met James, Jason and Val that all work at extra space storage and they're great . Helpful , informative and friendly. I think this is my 3rd time putting some stuff in storage and it's always with this company. I come back to them cause they do a great job. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you need to store some personal property outside of your home . I feel my stuff is safe, and that's important.
