I had a great experience at the Burbank W Verdugo location!! I had to move out of my apartment very last minute and Extra Space was able to accommodate my storage needs less than 24 hours before I needed them! Also some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while! I spoke with Justin, the store manager, and he made everything so easy. I was able to reserve a unit, sign all of the paperwork, and handle payment info all over the phone with Justin in under 15 minutes.
