The personal are very helpful. Always went out of their way to help me out when I need it help. I rented a storage on verdugo, and never had any problems , the place is kept clean and safe.

I have friends that have used this storage facility. I did the research for places in my town and they had the best prices. I went to view it first and Justin was helpful and friendly. He explained everything and showed me a few units. He didn't complain when I asked to take the stairs because I'm avoiding elevators due to the virus. He was patient and explained everything to the point of me not having to ask a lot of questions. Great customer service.

My experience here was phenomenal. Justin's customer service skills are amazing. He helped me reserve a unique unit for a few items, but as my storage needs grew, so did the size of my unit. Every time I had a question, the team went out of their way to help. Prior to moving in, I signed up with Extra Space in San Francisco. Justin is one incredible guy that deserves way more than 5 stars!!! I may just write corporate and see if I can get this guy a promotion. He is the kind of guy you want representing your company. The other guy can give you attitude so watch out. If I had met the other guy first (not sure his name), I may have kept looking. Overall, great storage unit! It's unfortunate that the prior reviews for this location are based on management who is no longer on board, because the entire ExtraSpace team that is in place now and the whole experience, start to finish, is 10 stars! I worked mostly with Justin, the manager, and he was friendly, thorough, accommodating, and patient. Justin and Val are terrific! They were a HUGE help when I was relocating. This is the nicest cleanest storage facility I have ever rented. Good monthly rate. I just really appreciate being treated like a friend not just a storage unit number.
