I've now rented three storage units from Extra Space Storage , and this location in Irvine has definitely been my favorite. The location is incredibly convenient, especially being right by the Marketplace with easy freeway access. Having a storage facility in a nice neighborhood is an added bonus. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and the parking is fairly spacious. I would like to thank the Team over at Extra Space Storage Irvine @ El Camino Real! I appreciate the safe atmosphere with great lighting! That is important to me as a female, that I feel safe at any hour they are open. Gates are open from 6am to 10pm for those that need to take care of things after work. Very happy with the whole process here. Never rented storage before and the people were very helpful in the process. Access is easy and happily also very secure. They had a great online special so also happy about that option.

Francisco had the BEST customer service. I thought my key was lost and he helped me identify my correct key in the bunch. Prior to that I thought I would need his help to cut the lock, he was super kind and ready to help despite a very very busy day. Francisco makes the business look good. Star employee! They are lucky to have him on board!

I've been renting for over 10 years now and the facility is well maintained with moving dollies at each exit and should one not be available you can easily request management and they will find you one. Pricing I a little on the steep side but the facility manager is more than happy and willing to assist. There is a reason that almost all the spaces are continuously filled.
