I recently rented out a unit at Extra Space Storage in Irvine and Jose helped me out he was very professional and helpful. All in all I had a great experience and would recommend this location

Denden is the best employee around. So helpful and really guided our needs to suit us. I love our storage plus it is sooooo clean. Prices are great. Its well worth having a upgraded storage and prices are better then those older storages that have so much dust. Pick this place. Denden is the best.

Thank GOD I found this place!!! They were running an excellent move-in special where you get your first 2 MONTHS FREE (unheard of, right?!) conveniently right when I had to move, AND I'm paying a ridiculous price for a 10x15 unit that's right next to the freight elevators! Competitive pricing, killer customer service, all around an excellent storage facility. I'm very happy with them!

I've been using this location as a storage facility for the past 20 years. Extra space storage, as the newer ownership, has also been great. Great customer service, perfect location, super clean, super safe, extremely convenient!

I have had a storage unit at this location for 13 years and have gone from a large unit to a smaller one in the last three. Every time we came to renewal the prices had usually risen a small amount. The nice thing is that people like Deneen always work with us on getting the lowest price possible. It was a pleasure working with her again this year.

Overall is clean, restrons are clean also, gate hours are great and i think the system they use to know who comes in and out is great staff super friendly and for the price is fair average, only thing that you need to get insurance

Was super impressed with the staff and the amazing service we got when looking for a storage space! I totally forgot his name (he's in the picture tho)...he was amazing with trying to help us figure out what size of unit we needed and our options. Very up front, personal and honest. We have had this unit for a few months now and are very happy we went with Extra Storage Space. Not sure if this was me not paying very good attention, or if I had been told insurance would be added, but our original quote ended up being $20 mo... read more
