Great customer service and great facility. I found a location very close to where I live in Orange County, CA and this location rocks. Ask for Sandra - she's very helpful and got me a very good rate for 20' x 15' units, which is what I needed. They have plentiful dollies and transport carts for storage items. Solid place, 5 starts.

I have been renting the storage for over three years and I absolutely love the customer service the manager and the front desk are absolutely amazing. I love that it's always super clean and super safe I highly recommend if you're looking for any storage to rent from here.

I was holding off on writing a review until after a few weeks in case I ran into any issues. Had an appointment first thing in the morning a few weeks ago to find a unit to store some stuff in for a little while. Was able to make an appointment/reserve a unit online, and Sandra followed up with a phone call the day prior. Sandra the manager was professional and courteous throughout the appointment! I've been renting for quite some time at this extra space storage and have never had an issue. The facility is always clean and in good order. With inflation the rates are competitive but understand they have a business to run.
