BESTTT SERVICE--HANDS DOWN!!! This review is long over due!! Deneen Naksmura--excellent custom service!! I was in a car accident and my car was towed and all my things were cleared including my storage keys!! I came here in a panic as I needed to get into my storage....Deneen was on her lunch and she promptly finished and helped me, gave me a new lock--made this very simple!!! Thank you so much for helping me and always having such an amazing attitude!!!!

I truly love this storage. First, it is new and clean, so you should not worry about any pest issues. The building is secured and you can only enter the gate and the building by using an assigned code number. I would not like to go to a different company after renting here at extra space storage of El Camino, Irvine. Recently, I was not happy with the rate of my storage unit. This place is very clean and the staff is really friendly and polite. Thankfully masks are required. We were shown some available storage spaces following the manager's golf cart with our car because of covid that made us more comfortable. I made a reservation that day that locked in the price for a week so I can transfer my stuff from public storage. I am very happy with the experience so far.

Just got a unit at an incredibly fair price with the 1st month off and an option to pay for a year upfront at a locked rate that can be cancelled with refunds for the unused months. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The facility is great because it has an office with long hours. Just switched over from Public Storage and this experience has already been 1000x better!

We were very pleased with this storage facility. It was clean, safe, and Deneen and her staff were wonderful to work with. We recommend them highly and would use them again if the need arose.

I have a business and have been renting storage units for more than 20 years. My experiences with ExtraSpace Storage have been way better than any other company I have used. The property is clean, easy to access, and safe. Deneen and her staff are absolutely the best that I have dealt with anywhere. They have been extremely responsive to my needs and have been great to work with. I would recommend this business to anyone who has a business and needs storage.
