Pro: Convenient location, clean, simple & easy to sign up and use. Staffs are very friendly and helpful Con: Rent was 50% increased after 4 months. Conclusion: Great for temporary use of extra space, but not for long term storage.

Love the location and that things are straight to the point. However, when I checked on my items I notice quickly that they have an ant and pests issue. Literally droppings on my baby's clothes, blankets, etc. Not sure I want to continue business for much longer as it adds another stressful situation.

I am so grateful to Jewel at the San Ramon location on Alcosta Blvd in San Ramon! She was consistently friendly and extremely helpful for the two years I relied on that facility. I recently rented a space from this storage location based on the reviews. I haven't yet moved my items in yet, but so far my experience has been great. Jewel, the person overseeing the facility when I went there, was amazing and helpful with explaining how the process worked, answering my questions, and showing me the location I selected. I also started the process online, but didn't complete it, and she called me the next day to make sure I was set with my rental since the move-in day I selected was only a couple days a... read more

Such a great place- it's "just storage" but they really listen to your needs and match your needs with their availability and services. Incredibly responsive and easy to use. Highly recommend (& I believe her name is Jewel- absolutely amazing!!!! She even held an umbrella for me as I went back to my car when it suddenly began to downpour!)
