I highly recommend this storage facility for all of your storage needs. Jewel was a tremendous amount of help. I have not experienced or met someone so kind or caring in a while. She goes above and beyond and has a great passion for this facility. I'd gladly be a customer here again and look forward to being one in the future.
Great facility! This is a storage facility that has modern capabilities, ease of use, and no hassle. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The entire set up was very easy to do. I did everything online and when I went to my storage unit, there was brand new lock and keys for my unit. The lock and keys can be provided by the storage facility given you pay online first. Jewel was great. Helped me find the perfect size unit and her hospitality is amazing ! You will always see her waving with a smile and always around if you need anything.
I recently lost my husband and I moved from Sonoma county to San Ramon, I needed to downsize my storage unit and had no one to help me, I went into the office at the ExtraSpace on Alcosta Blvd and was helped by Justine, I can't thank her enough for helping me to get a smaller storage unit that would fit the remaining things I have, she was absolutely wonderful and just a big help!! I can't say enough good things about her she was awesome!!
We used extra space to store extra house items when we moved into a rental to sell our house. It was easy to get set up and they provided great services, including noticing that our unit wasn't locked correctly and calling us immediately to fix it. The facility is very clean and well maintained. When we moved our stuff out they called us to confirm we were out and immediately took care of closing out our account. Highly recommend

We used Extra Space storage to storage all our belongings when we were between homes and the crew here were just awesome to work with. Jules is super responsive and clear in her communications; move in and move out we're a breeze. Move in day we realized we needed a bigger storage unit and the help onsite was able to accommodate us and get it switched seamlessly in the system. Accessing the gate to the units through the mobile app was super easy and convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a space from them again.

Stopped by to get a storage unit today hoping they'd have something available today, and Jule was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect unit! Its a very clean storage spot, great location, and everything is first level which makes it even more convenient.

Easy to use, super clean and safe. We rented here for almost two years and every visit was smooth and straight forward (what I want out of a storage facility). The team is amazing (specifically Jewel). They are always extremely kind and accommodating.
