I have never needed a storage unit before so I didn't know where to begin. Jewel was so helpful with everything! She went above and beyond to make sure I had something that fit in my budget and was enough space for what I was looking for. I will update my review in a month as far as how I like the unit itself, but from the tour Jewel gave me today I definitely like it. It is a very clean and safe space! Would definitely recommend.
Awesome storage company. Employee was so friendly, helpful and I got the exact unit we needed. Close to my apartment and close to Walmart. Clean units, never had any issues. Clean place outside and in and nice people renting there. Thanks. I will recommend this place to my friends and neighbors!
We have been a customer at Extra Space Storage for 10+ years and have NEVER been unhappy with the service we've received or the space we've used. In that time we've worked with two different managers and an extension of the gate hours. The people in the office are friendly, the staff keep the place clean. Wow... I am so impressed Jewel is exceptional service , the rental process was simple and Jewel was very professional! The establishment is clean and Jewel made my emergency situation with locating the right storage unit easy and calming.
Came to clean out my storage unit. A sales associate named jewel was very prompt and helpful. I enjoy coming here when needed service is always fast and helpful.
Jewel is fantastic, and the reason I highly recommend this is a storage solution. She was super friendly and helpful in renting and move-in, and we recently moved out because we no longer need a storage solution and she was equally super friendly and helpful.
