Super easy access via mobile from reserving a unit to payment. Unit was as advertised, clean, and included a key lock. Location is convenient and management was really nice when I needed to close out my unit. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a storage facility for my mom which is moving from up from Southern California. Called around and got to Jewel. She was very professional, quick to replay and pleasant to speak to. She guided me through things to think about and what size facility i would need. This was also the most competitive price in the San Ramon area bases on a 10X25 storage space. The process was very easy to set up and the storage unit was ready when we arrived. They are all one level (a big plus!) and the area is very clean.

I've rented from Extra Space Storage in San Ramon twice in the last 5 years. It's always been excellent service, good prices, safe location and easy entry! This last time renting was just briefly but there's now a app to use for easy entry and exit, no more fumbling around entering codes. Loved it!!
Jewel was very nice and helpful with my process. I was able to get what I wanted and the location is very convenient. Also, The place is very clean and quiet.
