jewel was super helpful with our storage rental here. She was guiding us through out the whole process. She was ver knowledgeable about the size and processing fee. I would recommended for anyone around this are that need rent a storage.

This facility rates a good review because they were very responsive when I had a problem at the point where I wanted to clear out my unit. I talked to their website chat, and within an hour the manager from the facility called me and we were able to resolve my problem. I have had extra space storage units off and on over the past 10 years, and have always found them well-run and cooperative. I would not go anywhere else in the future. It's not often I write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this review after the exceptional service and care I received from Jewel at Extra Space Storage. Everything went so smoothly. She is an absolute joy to be around and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. I thought my simple trip to Extra Space Storage wouldn't be memorable, but I was gladly mistaken. I was greeted by Jewel who was the only one working and made buying boxes feel interesting. She took me through all the sizes and made sure the items I was moving would be appropriate for each sized box. She was even charismatic enough to make sure I had proper packaging tape, which I totally would have forgotten. Clean space and professional service. One stop for everything you need! We rented a 15x10 with drive up access. We got it setup in 10 minutes. The cool thing is you can get the access with an app.

Loved my experience here. Great facility and staff. Very accessible and secure. I rented here for 9 months and couldn't be happy. Will definitely rent again if in need of a storage unit.
