Great customer service! James was very helpful and showed me a few units that I was interested in. The new building looks really nice and clean. I end up renting 2 units. Thanks James!

Staff is super nice, friendly, and informative. Got a great deal on storage space. Highly recommend drive up storage...it's easier. Always go DOUBLE the size you think you need...you never have enough space for the junk you save....

Extra Space storage in Alhambra with its crew headed by Miss Jackie, is the best!!! Clean storage, organized, friendly people, customer oriented and a great family outside your family!!! Except for the increases in the rent, but other wise it's okay. The personal that I have encountered were very nice and curious.

We rented at Extra Space Storage because Jackie (the front desk person) was extremely helpful and presented us with all viable options. Ultimately she ended up giving us tours of the different units on the premises and she made the experience extremely easy. Ultimately a friendly face gave us the reassurance that our stuff would be safe. Jackie is awesome and we got the unit because of her.

Izzy was very informative and provided superb customer service. She made the whole process easy to understand.
Awesome ladies in the office, prices are crazy though.
Britani, was exceptionally helpful. I called to request a quote to store a car. My request was very specific details due to the condition of the vehicle, she went above and beyond to help me. it is rare to find customer service that excels nowadays. I truly recommend this facility and if you are assisted by Britani, you are in good hands. Also, she mentioned she is fairly new so it says a lot about her person even more. Thank you for your help in this sensitive issue, my family and I appreciate your assistance.
