i have a unit here I love this storage. this storage opens early and close late compared to any other storage which is very convenient for me. Very clean unit. friendly staffs. yes, Jackie is the best manager i have ever met. highly recommended!

I had the best experience Valerie took care of me she set a day of move in day and was super sweet I appreciate her very much I've been too a lot of storage units and checked a lot of prices and times open but it was not a challenge too see the deal Valerie provided she gave me alot of information about and gave me options too other near by locations extra space Storage has before I went with this location she has a great attitude and is very helpful thanks Valerie I will be a long treat customer for extra space storage:)

I compared this Extra Space with the Public Storage across the street. The prices were a bit more competitive at Extra Space, but what immediately sold me was the wonderfully professional and very nice manager Jackie. Such great customer service! I also like that the storage here is all one level. I'm a very happy customer!

I had to write a review about Alhambra Extra Space Storage after I just received excellent customer service from JJ one of their employees. He walked me thru the whole process from answering all my questions to staying on the phone while I electronically initialed and signed all the different areas on the contract. The space was made ready for me, quickly, easily, and with a lock! Most importantly, the space was clean and securely located. Service from employees online and at the site was complete. I'm satisfied and would definitely recommend!

I was supposed to move into an apartment, but due to a pest control issue, I had to find a storage unit instead. The first unit I found was large enough, however the lift could not accommodate my queen mattress or TV strand. In a panic, I contacted the original storage facility and they found a unit for me. I was not only moving my things from one unit to the other, but I had to return my uhaul trailer on time AND graduate from college all in the same day. The place is super clean, they have great surveillance throughout the entire property to maintain safety for your valuables. I had a great offer they have beautiful rates. Courtney and Chase were terrific in giving me a good rate. Jackie and Gabriel made sure i had a lock and boxes at a good price to move in. This place is maintained clean and they take care of what goes in and out with the surveillance at the entrance and exit.
