I want to give a big shout out to all the staff members, such as Wendy and JJ, who helped me tremendously during my moving process. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and made the process of moving my stuff into storage quite simple. Price 3.5 stars Service 4.6 stars Space 4.4 stars Located not too far from Costco and has 4 parking spots for customers. It is gated with special code assigned to each customer. The storage is available from 6 am -10 pm. You could easily drive in with your car inside the area of storage. From the office to the storage area , they are clean and they maintain it pretty good. I had the best experience ever! Becky welcomed me with a smile from the time I walked into the office. She showed me several units and I was pleased with the unit. I almost ended up somewhere else because of the negative reviews. However, I wanted the convenience of a drive up storage and decided to come anyway. Becky had excellent customer service.

Went to get my reserved storage unit and was greeted by Wendy and Becky...very friendly and promptly got a ride to see the unit. Came back and signed the docs. This has to be the easiest transaction I have had in a loooong time. Thank you ladies.

WOW. the reviews on here are observe. I have yet to have any issues with Store manager Wend as she has been able to answer all my questions and has been polite and professional at all times. I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage since my move to the area.

Reading the reviews makes me feel a little uneasy now. I recently opened a storage unit last month however the move went great! Of course, Wendy, the manager helped me do this. At first I came in asking, basically begging if she can open up an account for me because unfortunately my forgetful ass forgot my ID at the place I was moving out of. And basically I couldn't go back home to get it bc that was an hour away. By the time I'd get back to the storage they'd be closed. So she politely apologized and told me she couldn't. ... read more

Online Support directed me to my local Extra Space Storage. Offered then locked in the best rate in town. The staff on location set me up with exactly what I required, no strings attached, no hidden fees, including one free month rent. PLUS the entire complex is freshly renovated with new paint, high tech security, and super friendly staff. Total Win Win!!!

Reserved a space online, got a call confirming less than an hour later, and when I went to do the paperwork the next morning, Arnold was very personable and helpful. This place is great, as all the units are ground level - no elevators, and the price is right. Would highly recommend.
