I had the best experience ever! Becky welcomed me with a smile from the time I walked into the office. She showed me several units and I was pleased with the unit. I almost ended up somewhere else because of the negative reviews. However, I wanted the convenience of a drive up storage and decided to come anyway. Becky had excellent customer service.
Becky has been very pleasant from the start and she helped me get a good price storage. I would recommend this place.
Went to get my reserved storage unit and was greeted by Wendy and Becky...very friendly and promptly got a ride to see the unit. Came back and signed the docs. This has to be the easiest transaction I have had in a loooong time. Thank you ladies.
WOW. the reviews on here are observe. I have yet to have any issues with Store manager Wend as she has been able to answer all my questions and has been polite and professional at all times. I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage since my move to the area.
Reading the reviews makes me feel a little uneasy now. I recently opened a storage unit last month however the move went great! Of course, Wendy, the manager helped me do this. At first I came in asking, basically begging if she can open up an account for me because unfortunately my forgetful ass forgot my ID at the place I was moving out of. Online Support directed me to my local Extra Space Storage. Offered then locked in the best rate in town. The staff on location set me up with exactly what I required, no strings attached, no hidden fees, including one free month rent. PLUS the entire complex is freshly renovated with new paint, high tech security, and super friendly staff. Total Win Win!!!
Reserved a space online, got a call confirming less than an hour later, and when I went to do the paperwork the next morning, Arnold was very personable and helpful. This place is great, as all the units are ground level - no elevators, and the price is right. Would highly recommend.
Monthly cost for 5x5 : $230ish with a "district manager approved discount" for a long term customer (2019). My long term loyalty was only worth a $20 a month reduction. They wouldn't even price match the web rate of $117 (see picture) or prorate my move out. So, went with A1 storage for a 5x5 $159 including insurance. Set price for 3 months and gradual increase of 10% at 3 months then 10 months. Still way better price at A1. Was truly disappointed so I'm leaving and saving myself $100 month.
