I can't say enough great things about this location! The staff here are truly exceptional -- always kind, compassionate, and genuinely friendly. Elena is an absolute standout. She greets every customer with a bright, warm smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. I've had a unit here since October 2019, and every single visit has been a positive experience. The company I work for has a storage here! And I am in and out of the facility on a daily basis. It's a very calm location, the employees are always making sure it's clean and doing rounds. Their bathroom is always clean and open, I noticed it was out of order recently and they were quick to fix it. They also updated a lot of the doors recently! They've been great. Especially the lady that works there, I always see her around the facility and she's very approachable. Overall, great customer service and safe location.
