I needed a space today by 4:00. The customer service representative was EXCELLENT! Find me a unit, explained everything very clearly. Repeated when I asked her to. She was so polite and did not rush me. My unit is just right. Thanks for the clear directions and location of my unit. Thank you for 1st month free.

The company I work for has a storage here! And I am in and out of the facility on a daily basis. It's a very calm location, the employees are always making sure it's clean and doing rounds. Their bathroom is always clean and open, I noticed it was out of order recently and they were quick to fix it. They also updated a lot of the doors recently! They've been great. Especially the lady that works there, I always see her around the facility and she's very approachable. Overall, great customer service and safe location.
