The staff was absolutely awesome! Very courteous, professional and made sure I was taken care of. They made sure all my paperwork :) was completed correctly and made sure I got the best deal. George and Elena were on it! Great customer service!

Glad I walked into this place! The service is amazing! The showed us all the units available and took the time to explain it all to us, glad I finally found a place to put all my junk in and happy with the amazing customer service!
Elena is GREAT!!! She was great at calling after I reserved online. She knows every one that comes in, she has a wonderful outgoing personality. She is quick and to the point. When you come In ask for elena.
I lost an item at the storage (forgot to put it back inside). I called them ten days later and they had put them in their lost and found. It is great to have a facility where you can use trust in their staff and where they show genuine honesty.
As I closed out my account today, because I moved into a house, I thanked Elena & Jorge for their great professional service over the years. I felt very safe and comfortable storing my personal belongings in their property unit. They always greeted me on my way in and out of their facility. My unit area was always clean, well lighted, with cameras all around. Elena's friendly personality made me feel welcomed. I wish them nothing but success in the business and in life. Thank you!

I love this place! I'm moving my stuff here from a place that has only boxes outside and it gets too dark to see anything inside at about 4 P.M.. On top of that, they close access at only 7 P.M.. At this place, they have "houses" of storage boxes that are inside with a light so you can still see after the sun goes down, and they're access hours are until 10:00 P.M.. Jorge and Elena are very polite, courteous, and very accommodating.
We came in on a Saturday to check out a storage unit we needed. George went out of his way to show us a variety of different sizes available. He answered all of our questions and took us around to find the perfect one for us. George was very nice, professional and personable! We ended up booking another size so we are glad we were able to see a variety of units! Can't beat the free month either!
