Hey can't complaint, Elena was very helpful and very friendly. Her Customer service skills are A+. Easy process, everything explained, and overall just helpful.
I just moved out of my 10 by 20 unit this past week. I was with Extra Space for the last five months, Elena and George were both very helpful in setting me up five months ago, and they provided me with any help that I needed. Thank you Elena for being super awesome and helpful :)

We recently sold our old house in Norwalk and we need a place to store our belongings for staging our old house for the sale and for keeping our stuff there until we moved in to our new house. I just want to give a big thank you to Elena & George! Their customer service was amazing. They made the move-in & move-out process so easy. Not only were they super helpful but they were really nice. The day I moved in they even offered to help me with my stuff, which I thought was really humble of them. In May, I had a family emergency come up and I was in need to rent a storage unit. I was able to process my rent of the unit all over the phone and it was super easy. Elena Andrade was the nice lady who helped me with the whole process. I was not looking forward to the whole process of renting a unit over the phone because of covid 19 but Elena made it an easy and pleasant experience. This is the best storage place by far. The Staff are great; especially Elena. All of my concerns have always been addressed immediately and it's a safe place to store my personal things. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local storage facility.

We rented a storage space yesterday and the experience was a good one! Jorge and Elena were super helpful and really accommodated my family and I. Their customer service was very professional but yet they took personal interest in us, which made us feel so comfortable! I would definitely refer this place to my family and friends! Jorge was so helpful! He provided EXCELLENT customer service! We were able to look at our storage unit thoroughly within minutes. He answered all the questions on the contract and covered all of our questions as well! I would refer someone to Extra Space Storage without a doubt because of the service I received.
