In May, I had a family emergency come up and I was in need to rent a storage unit. I was able to process my rent of the unit all over the phone and it was super easy. Elena Andrade was the nice lady who helped me with the whole process. I was not looking forward to the whole process of renting a unit over the phone because of covid 19 but Elena made it an easy and pleasant experience. This is the best storage place by far. The Staff are great; especially Elena. All of my concerns have always been addressed immediately and it's a safe place to store my personal things. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local storage facility.

We rented a storage space yesterday and the experience was a good one! Jorge and Elena were super helpful and really accommodated my family and I. Their customer service was very professional but yet they took personal interest in us, which made us feel so comfortable! I would definitely refer this place to my family and friends! Jorge was so helpful! He provided EXCELLENT customer service! We were able to look at our storage unit thoroughly within minutes. He answered all the questions on the contract and covered all of our questions as well! I would refer someone to Extra Space Storage without a doubt because of the service I received. I am hooked. Elena and Jorge have been so amazing and accommodating. There has never been a time that they could not help me. Very friendly and talkative. Being a woman and being only 5ft tall I have never felt unsafe there. They patrol the premises and often check to see if I'm okay when I've been inside rearranging my storage. The staff was absolutely awesome! Very courteous, professional and made sure I was taken care of. They made sure all my paperwork :) was completed correctly and made sure I got the best deal. George and Elena were on it! Great customer service!
