Elena is the best! Customer service is awesome, Elena does whatever it takes to make the customer happy. She goes above an beyond to accommodate your storage needs and budget.

Better to reserve in person because the online chat representative never mentioned there is a mandatory insurance fee even after I asked him over and over again if there were any additional charges on top of the fee for storage, he kept saying no then when I got to the office the reprsentative told me about the fee. I'm on a very tight budget so I have to count every dollar. He did offer me a smaller unit but it was too small, however, the prices are about the best I could find close to where I live and the office reprsentat... read more

I got my storage space in a very short wait time considering, of course, their reservation/application computer system's efficiency and productivity features. And that is absolutely fantastic since I was at a rush on the day I came to apply for the space I really needed. The facility is clean, well maintained and obviously secured. On top of that all, Mr. Garay, the Manager, was very helpful, polite and very professional. I'm glad I've picked this facility amongst the rest in the area that I've visited. Jo C.

The employees at this facility are what make this place so good. It is in a decent location; however, the main complaint I have is about the entrance/exit system. When I want to come in, I have to practically smash the buttons on the keypad. Then if someone is coming out while you are trying to go in, you have to let them through and back up onto the street... then re-enter your code in hopes that no one else will try to exit soon. Manager ELENA NEEDS TO BE FIRED. This location has horrible customer service and unfortunately doesn't give every customer the same quality experience. I've had a storage with them for over 5 years and mistakenly assumed I would have the same courtesy as the other tenants but that was not the case. They went into my storage multiple times without my consent and have broken highly valuable items that they refused to pay for. They damaged alot of sentimental items and removed items from my storage that I have never recovered, ... read more

Customer Service is Great, Manager is Amazing. The Sad part is that I am barely on the 3rd month renting here and my unit rental is been raised to a higher amount but online is advertising a lower rate just for "New Customers" .. Dont think its fair, customer service online did not want to do anything. I honestly would not recommend to rent on a place where they will raise you rental within few weeks. Thats to my experience! Just think twice before signing !!

Avoid! I rented a storage unit online and the video for the indoor units was completely different then what was offered in real life. The video showed a building that had many indoor units that were clean and had metal doors. What was presented in real life was basically a super short hallway from outside. There was no building . The indoor units look very poorly made. The construction is awful. There was no metal door just random pieces of thin wood put together that looks easy to break into.
