Kimberlee is the cat's pajamas. She went above and beyond for me. Customer service like hers is so hard to find these days. Clean facility and good prices. Highly recommend.

Better to reserve in person because the online chat representative never mentioned there is a mandatory insurance fee even after I asked him over and over again if there were any additional charges on top of the fee for storage, he kept saying no then when I got to the office the reprsentative told me about the fee. I'm on a very tight budget so I have to count every dollar. I got my storage space in a very short wait time considering, of course, their reservation/application computer system's efficiency and productivity features. And that is absolutely fantastic since I was at a rush on the day I came to apply for the space I really needed. The facility is clean, well maintained and obviously secured. On top of that all, Mr. Garay, the Manager, was very helpful, polite and very professional. I'm glad I've picked this facility amongst the rest in the area that I've visited. Jo C.

The employees at this facility are what make this place so good. It is in a decent location; however, the main complaint I have is about the entrance/exit system. When I want to come in, I have to practically smash the buttons on the keypad. Then if someone is coming out while you are trying to go in, you have to let them through and back up onto the street... then re-enter your code in hopes that no one else will try to exit soon. Manager ELENA NEEDS TO BE FIRED. This location has horrible customer service and unfortunately doesn't give every customer the same quality experience. I've had a storage with them for over 5 years and mistakenly assumed I would have the same courtesy as the other tenants but that was not the case. They went into my storage multiple times without my consent and have broken highly valuable items that they refused to pay for.
