Frank was incredibly friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. Even though the lobby was full, he had everything completely under control with his excellent customer service. I had lost my key and needed to have the lock broken, and he made the entire process so quick and stress-free -- it was done in literally five minutes. Peter was so helpful and explained everything to us so well. He was nice and very welcoming. Looking forward to storing my stuff here because there were cameras everywhere and it looked very clean and safe.

Peter's customer service was outstanding. Not only did he help me find the best unit for me, he was patient, polite and efficient. You can tell he runs a tight ship, and everything is handled properly when he's on the property. I'm grateful he let me come in 15 minutes to closing with a smile on his face as well!

My visit to this store was amazing! Facility is clean, quiet, and amazing pricing!!! Jessica answered all my questions I had and made me extremely secured on renting at this location. The hours are a bit tight but it works for us. Ask for Jessica

The hours that were posted before were better. I was able to come in and move things out and in, in the early morning around 5am and would close at 9pm. Now it doesn't open until 9am and it doesn't close until 6pm.
