We have been renting storage for many years off and on. ExtraSpace team was very easy to work with and the facility is very well maintained. The local team is amazing. Like every other storage company, corporate will hit you with a rate increase after a few months. Just be aware.

We have been a customer of Extra Space on Stearns St. in Simi Valley for several years. Dan and his team have always greeted us with friendly smiles and answer any questions we may have. Today my husband met with Rachel and was so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy she showed him. The complex is alway clean and secure.
Got a great price on my storage that I only need it for a month ended up just using it for two weeks

I needed a short term rental as I moved between my apartment and new house. The office staff made the process extremely easy during a stressful move. If I ever need storage again in the future I will absolutely return to Extra Space!
I was looking for a place to store some things. I came across extra space storage and went inside. Dan was there answered all my questions and help me find the unit that was perfect for me. The building itself is clean and cool even though it was quite hot outside. They provide carts and elevators to make your moving easier. I highly recommend extra space storage in Simi Valley.

Super fast and friendly service! I needed a unit asap and luckily I was able to secure a 10 x 10 unit the same day for a very reasonable price!
