I've been storing here for years - best place in Simi Valley! The staff... Dan, Sue, Gabriel, Rachel are all very friendly and helpful. The office has everything you need to for packing and storing your stuff. I've had walk up and drive up units, depending on my needs. There are great deals if you sign up online or call ahead to ask what the best value for your money is.

I did not feel rushed or pressured to make an immediate decision. I decided to store with Extra Space once I completed my research. Rachel was very helpful in my move in. I highly recommend this location and Rachel's managerial supervision for a seamless move.
Always a positive experience with Extra Space as I've used the Stearn's location on multiple occasions. A secure and well kept facility that has provided peace of mind.
This is the first time we have had the need for storing. Dan and his team were always there to answer any questions and to advise us. At one point, there was an error in our billing. One quick phone call and the error was corrected. I wish every company could operate in a timely manner just like Extra Space has. The entire team, along with Dan, run a glitch-free operation and if I ever have the need for storage again, I wouldn't hesitate to look for the nearest location of this company.

I would not know Rachel if I saw her in the store however she is professional kind listen to every question I had and took very good care of us if I was an owner I'd love to have employees like her
