This is a neat and tidy space for storing items. Units are a little small, but they are tall and there seems to be plenty of space for storing. I am renting a 5x5, but the do have larger if needed. The place is extremely clean and well managed. Dan, is helpful and helped us move our stuff into our unit, which was really quite nice! Dan the Manager at the Simi Valley Location made the move in process seamless & worry free. The facility and storage units are very clean. Received first month free which was really nice gesture of the behalf of extra space storage. Would recommend
This was my first time getting a storage unit. The staff was friendly. Dan was very helpful and walked me through the process and answered all my crazy questions. It is a clean and safe facility. Thank you for the positive experience! I highly recommend this place if you need to store your stuff temporarily or for as long as you need.

Facility is kept clean and well maintained. Dan assisted us although out the process and I couldnt thank him enough! Definitely worth to checking them out if you're looking for a storage unit!

The sign up process was clear, quick and efficient thanks to Dan. He explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant to work with. This location is very clean and the building and storage space is very well kept. I would highly suggest using this company and facility for your storage needs.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Getting a unit was a simple on-line setup with a credit card. I have used other storage places over the years and this was the easiest and most convenient. Dan the manager was very helpful and he keeps the premises very clean and professional. The only complaint I have was the requirement for Insurance for items in the unit.
