Clean, safe, and professional. Had to find a quick place to move my stuff in and had it not been for their wonderful prices id be stuck with a car full of things. We were helped immediately walking into the office and had a unit that fit our needs within ten minutes. Over all it took about 30 or so minutes to have a place to store our things. Firstly I'd like to start off by saying before I decided to rent a unit I checked in with yelp to see what others had to say about this facility, and I was surprised at the level of anger in some of these reviews. I moved from Public Storage to Extra Space Storage. So nice to have the drive up - same price as the 2nd floor elevator at Public, plus it's larger. So far no rats (I read the other reviews) but we'll see. That's a pretty scary thought. I hope the solved that. The only thing missing is a bin for trash. That would give them 5 stars. And for what it's worth, the smell of In And Out next door is so amazing. I love going to my unit. Anyone who has a storage unit near it knows what I'm talking about.
I view storage places so differently now that I've seen "Storage Wars!" LOL In fact, the wife portion of the husband and wife management team here really entertained us with stories of what has been found in some of the storage units that she's managed. WOW. That's all I can say. So our new house doesn't have a garage. Isn't that crazy? But it is rural and located in a gorgeous, quiet canyon so we had to make a couple of sacrifices. i have had a storage unit in this complex since last summer, and it has been infested with rats. They keep saying it's been cleared, but that's not true--everything is full of rat pee and rat poop. It's horrible! I've had to throw away bags of my belongings, yet they won't move me to another unit or give me two units of comparable size. They just keep insisting that there are no more rats, despite the pictures I've taken. There are so many rats, so be warned RATS!!
I've only been renting here about 3 months and suddenly I get a notice in the mail that says my rent is going up by $100 per month. I was shocked by such a large increase so soon, and so I consulted with a couple neighboring renters and discovered that this is their ploy. They wait until you get settled in and then they start hitting you with frequent increases in rent.
