Tony is super, he really takes customer needs into consideration. He is veryvprofesdional and goes out of his way to help his customers save money. I would recommend ESS and Tony to anyone who is looking to solve their storage needs.

Customer service. Office staff very helpful both on the phone and in person. The facility is in the older side but very high tech. You can use app to gain access to the faculty.

New Customer...so far my experience has been good. I have not experienced a full month of service so I cannot give a true review. The staff is nice and professional. That's a good sign. I think I'm going to like it.

I've rented storage units from different companies before but this one in-particular is the cream of the crop! They provide thee BEST customer service, hands down! Every single sales rep, especially TINA, truly give you the best options and value that fit your needs. Most definitely recommend Extra Space Storage! They deserve a 10/10 & are 2nd to none!!
