This is my first time getting a storage unit, I have a lot of anxiety about my belongings, being separated with me or putting it in the area where I don't have 24 hours surveillance. Great customer service and very nice facility. They are very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I need before I'm actually ready to rent. My family member passed away recently, so I've been shopping around trying to find a decent place for their things.

I was looking for a dependable and trustworthy storage for my furniture being shipped from overseas while looking for a place to stay. The folks working at the Pleasanton branch, Vanessa and Marcos, were so friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer with ESS off N. Vasco between living in Livermore & moving out of state. . I've worked with Kristina several times. She is so kind, patient, and organized. The property is always clean and quiet! I visit my storage units often and always see Kristina around the property working and checking in. She goes above and beyond and is the perfect person for the job :) Would highly recommend to anyone whose looking to store there things!
