I have been with Extra Space for about 15 years. The office in Pleasanton has always had great staff.

The customer service person was very informed, was disappointed that the free one month didn't appy for us, also it would've been nice to have lightning in the area to pack and access your storage, otherwise not a bad experience so far and price a bit too high.

Clean and very friendly and helpful
The staff was very courteous and friendly explained everything the unit was very clean and very accessible to get to
Since I am 5000miles away I appreciate veronica helping me and answering all my questions. She made me feel comfortable enough to rent the space without actually seeing/ visiting the facility.
