I am a repeat customer with ESS off N. Vasco between living in Livermore & moving out of state. . I've worked with Kristina several times. She is so kind, patient, and organized. The property is always clean and quiet! I visit my storage units often and always see Kristina around the property working and checking in. She goes above and beyond and is the perfect person for the job :) Would highly recommend to anyone whose looking to store there things!

Very easy and user friendly. I went to the website and registered online effortlessly. After making payment received email with gate code and storage number. Went the same night to take my things, their was already a sealed lock inside. Haven't had to deal with anyone. Facility is clean and up kept

I needed to store a few items for a short period and was able to book a storage rental online and sign the contact via docusign - super easy! The friendly and nice manager called me the next morning and gave me info and placed a lock and key on my space. The storage space was clean. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage!

Viewing these units was a breeze. I was shown many options I could actually get unlike some places that show you an example and send you to something complete different when you pay. The day I moved into this unit 9 months ago the guy working (I do not remember his name) was helping from another site and didn't know exactly where everything was. I was having an extremely stressful day until I walked inside and was greeted by the welcoming smile given by Hannah from her desk. She made me feel as if I walked into the home of someone that I already knew! She explained all of the ins and outs of the property with great detail, and answered all of my questions with the same level of care a mother would give a child, and did it without a condescending tone (like most moms with adult children*TMI*HAHA)!
