Paetra is awesome!! My whole life was recently turned upside down when I lost my partner of 10 years and she did everything possible to help me. She is professional, empathetic and just an overall great person. I couldn't of ask for a better experience. Paetra thank you, and I know Brandon is saying thank you as well!

I've rented a storage space here for years and always had a great experience dealing with the the Extra Space Storage folks. But hats off to Petra who helped me with the move-out. That day power had gone down for the entire block, but Petra still made my move possible. Talk about customer service!
You know all storage places are the same. They're all out to get you and stick it to you. I thought I had found the perfect place. Somewhat close to my home, clean, easy to access, and reasonable rates. I been here less than 2 years, and have already experienced three rates incrreases. Each time, they send this damn postcard. Easy access to our units. Clean. Customer service is efficient and helpful. A customer for over 10 years.
Well run, with useful units and good access It's clear they take care to keep the property in good order: The dollies are always put back in the same place, the elevators and hallways are clean, and as I mentioned the front desk is run like a tight ship.
What a great place to rent storage from.. Maria was incredible. We need more people with customer service skills like Maria..
