I rented a unit from Extra Space Storage for a little over a year. I have no complaints during my use and the staff were always friendly and helpful. When I decided to move and exit the unit, the man who helped me was very friendly and it was an easy process. I would definitely use this place again if I ever need a storage space in the area. They also had great prices compared to their competitors.

The place is very clean and well kept. The management is very friendly and helpful. The required insurance is understandable, but it does add extra expense, unlike other storage facilities. Except for the insurance part, it's a 5 star place.

This facility is fantastic! My colleague and I come in and out of here multiple times a day. Paetra takes great care of us and goes the extra mile to make sure we receive excellent service. I highly recommend storing your belongings at Extra Space in Pleasanton!

I had a great experience using this facility with Petra's help. She was working alone but was still able to accommodate myself and several other customers. I had to change the size of my unit last minute and it was no problem. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to move without any extra hassle!

The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I needed extra space quickly. The manager asked a few questions and was able to choose the perfect size for me. I was able to send my movers over within the hour. The facility is clean and secure. I would highly recommend Extra Space.

Very friendly staff and location is so convenient. In fact there's a Uhaul right across the street.

This is a great storage facility. It is kept very clean and the customer service is fantastic. I know my belongings are safe here. I highly recommend them.
