Dont go here!! They have been increasing my rent consistently since I started using it 3 years ago. It started at 102.00 and is now 230.00!! ridiculous!! Time to move out!!

My piano my guitar chairs were all soiled and ruined if I can only post my piano my guitar the wood pulverized from the rain and heat. Water leaked inside the storage they don't have a roof to protect your property but a tarp . I took them to small claims they have so many corporate names to evade being served. This company just want to take your money but don't maintain a normal building that will protect your personal effects from rain and the sun that they are charging so much money for. Been there a short time. They raise your rent every three to four months. I was paying $131 very small storage unit and they raised it to $231. Completely off from where I started. It's been raised a couple of times and it hasn't even been a year. So if you want to pay someone who raises your space this is the spot. Moving out way cheaper places. BEWARE!!!!!

i've been storing at this location for about 7 years and have had no problems. the manger during the time i stored name is paetra, polite, courteous, no issues. there is a new regular manager now, i think her name is vanessa and not even 2 months into her management my two storage lockers have been robbed. the last few times i have gone to the facility i have noticed that shady looking characters are hanging out in the attached garage area of the facility. i find it very odd that when a new manager shows up, robberies start ... read more

Our unit got broken into, lock totally gone. The gal at the desk did call us but was absolutely zero help after that. The light over our outside unit has been out for months.

They continue to raise the price without any notice!! I started out with a unit at 166 and now its 196!!! I will be canceling next month and moving up the street to a much cheaper and just as nice facility. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
Extra Space basically stole from us. We rented a unit and for the first month we were without outside insurance covering our property so we opted for insurance from Extra Space. One month into our roughly 10 months of renting the unit we acquired RV/homeowners insurance which covered our items in storage. We spoke with the staff stating we would like to discontinue the redundant and much more expensive insurance through Extra Space, this equated to hundreds of dollars over the duration of the rental. To begin, I agree with some if not many of the reviews. It is a clean and safe place to keep your belongings. I ran into trouble when I reserved a unit about a week before the truck with all my parents stuff was to arrive. The day it did arrive I came to find my unit had been rented out to someone else, they admitted their mistake and were able to find me a different size unit somewhere else yet they insist I pay for the time on the original unit, about 1-2 weeks. So my girlfriend and I had both fell on financial problems and we couldn't make our payments regularly but we tried to all the time. Petra over at ex space was decent for the most part, but you can tell in the tone of her voice that every time my girlfriend or I would call to make a payment she was annoyed. To make a long story short, today we lost our stuff to auction due to not making our payment.
