The staff is always friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well lit. The climate controlled spaces make accessing your belongings comfortable.
Extra Space Storage was GREAT! I have recently had to use another storage site in a different city and the space was much more difficult to access, move stuff into, park, etc. The storage at Extra Storage was perfect - and the customer service was VERY nice and helpful.
Clean, easy to access, all directions were clear. All questions asked were answered well.
If you are looking for quality and convenient storage rentals, then Extra space is my top recommendation! I have never gone through the process of getting a storage rental until now. As soon as I arrived the entire process was explained to me along with a tour. I felt I got a customized tour and unit selected based off of my needs to where my situation and their prices became aligned.
