I have been happy with using Extra Space Storage for the last few years. Always clean, easy to locate a cart when needed and excellent customer service. What I don't like is the price increases that happen way to often. When I started storing my items there in 2011, I was paying $160 for a large unit that quickly went over $200. I went to smaller unit for $100, now a year later I am paying $160. This will be my final month storing my items there, my only complaint about it is the price increases that happen all to often.

We have been renting the unit here for the past 8 years. The property is very professionally maintained, clean and safe. Our most favorite manager was Setha. He has always been most helpful with all our needs. Great positive can do attitude, always very polite and willing to help. We will miss him and highly recommend this location.

This is my second time round storing my household (almomost everything never put your expensive things in storage). Haven't had any problems yet. Fairest price I've seen. Only ever stored things a year at a time. Only complaint is the driveway is harder to get in and out of but I guess that's good for deterring theft

I just recently signed up and my experience was very good. I came in on the last day before a weekend holiday, near the end of the day. I would have understood if the fella had been a little impatient to get going but instead he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Efficient, quick and thorough. The premises are quite clean and well taken care of. I think they're the only storage business that is open until 10PM every night. Elevators to the second floor. So far, so good! At first, I did not like the fact that you had to have renter's insurance, but my personal coverage covered what was required, so that saved some money. The incentives for securing a unit were great, plus the referral from a friend saved THEM $50 one month. When I realized I needed a larger unit, there was little to do over the transition. i do not recommend this storage unit to save your things, like i mentioned before my storage unite got broken into. They have not yet tried anything to help. just when you think your luck couldnt get any worse.

this place is the wosrt fucking storage, my stuff got robbed made a complaint nothing ever happened. got all my yugioh cards stolen from when i was a kid this place genually sucks . always make sure their are cameras when you choose to store expensive stuff. my name is rodrigo villegas an i hate this place! staring to feel like it was an inside job!

For the most pasrt, this storage space serve me adaquately for the past year. I felt safe whenever I was in my inside unit, even when I was alone. However, I have had a couple interactions with Elizabeth, in the front office that were not good. I made several request about replacing burned out bulbs and was told by at first that they are checked regularlyt and replaced and that I could borrow a flashlight if needed.
