Please be aware this is what will happen to your property if you leave it at the storage facility $15,000 plus worth of damage and not one I'm sorry. Just to let you know there are more pictures absolutely devastated my property is completely damaged soiled and not replaceable. I have been renting a storage with them for 6 years I been having alot of problems. My rent gets higher and higher without a notice. In the last 8 months I have been finding rats in my storage. It chewed up everything. They said they fixed it each month but every month I find at least 4 or 5. I am now looking for another storage.
Don't go here!!!! RAT INFESTED!!!! This place is infested with rats! I've been a renter for 8 years and I'm forced to move out because there has been a rat infestation for over 6 months now. My stuff is now gross, covered in rat feces and urine.
I would not recommend using this company for any longer than 1-3 months. I opened an account with "ESS" about 3 years ago. The staff is helpful and friendly, however money talks here. I began with a 10'x15' that started about $190. It wasn't 8 weeks before they began hitting me with the increases. 2 Stars because it's clean and well maintained. I have been a customer for years and with each rate increase I grin and bear it. But I let them know I am not happy. And here it comes again... another price increase. Not just a price increase but one that is way out of line. If I had increased my pricing to my customers like they do I would have been out of business long ago. I am currently looking for another place to store my belongings. I suggest they change their name to Extra Cash Storage.

Clean, dry nice staff (reason for the 2nd star) and run by greedy sheisters. If you rent a space here be certain they will raise your rent $10-$12 every six months. They will tell you its currently what the market will bear. I guess they think its the housing market and are unaware this is a storage facility and not housing. Half the time the electric gate isn't working the rest of the time seems pretty much anyone can drive in or out on your gate code since the gate takes a very long time to close behind you. $186 a month f... read more

I was very happy at first....I have been renting since 2013...great rates and then...boom...rents starting going up every month! I moved out of one of my 3 units. OUTRAGEOUS PRICE INCREASES THAT YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL ITS TOO LATE.....STAY AWAY I AM TRAPPED until I can move out. VERY VERY Disingenuous business. DONT GET TRAPPED LIKE I DID! Find a better company. Don't be lured in by the upfront CHEAP rates...they are not so cheap...

After renting here for less than 4 months, the rent was raised for no reason! Upon research I found that not only is this the MOST expensive facility in the surrounding area, I found another facility for less than 1/3 of the price!!
Unless you have enough money to prepay your unit DO NOT GET A STORAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been a loyal customer since 2002 & for the last two years I have been charged a lot of excessive fees, my rent keeps getting raised every 6 months. They won't refund fees that should NOT have been charged, they lock me out of my storage (when I have paid my bill) & then they "forget" to take their lock off.
