2 Stars because it's clean and well maintained. I have been a customer for years and with each rate increase I grin and bear it. But I let them know I am not happy. And here it comes again... another price increase. Not just a price increase but one that is way out of line. If I had increased my pricing to my customers like they do I would have been out of business long ago. I am currently looking for another place to store my belongings. I suggest they change their name to Extra Cash Storage.

Clean, dry nice staff (reason for the 2nd star) and run by greedy sheisters. If you rent a space here be certain they will raise your rent $10-$12 every six months. They will tell you its currently what the market will bear. I guess they think its the housing market and are unaware this is a storage facility and not housing. Half the time the electric gate isn't working the rest of the time seems pretty much anyone can drive in or out on your gate code since the gate takes a very long time to close behind you. $186 a month f... read more

I was very happy at first....I have been renting since 2013...great rates and then...boom...rents starting going up every month! I moved out of one of my 3 units. OUTRAGEOUS PRICE INCREASES THAT YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL ITS TOO LATE.....STAY AWAY I AM TRAPPED until I can move out. VERY VERY Disingenuous business. DONT GET TRAPPED LIKE I DID! Find a better company. Don't be lured in by the upfront CHEAP rates...they are not so cheap...

After renting here for less than 4 months, the rent was raised for no reason! Upon research I found that not only is this the MOST expensive facility in the surrounding area, I found another facility for less than 1/3 of the price!!

Unless you have enough money to prepay your unit DO NOT GET A STORAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been a loyal customer since 2002 & for the last two years I have been charged a lot of excessive fees, my rent keeps getting raised every 6 months. They won't refund fees that should NOT have been charged, they lock me out of my storage (when I have paid my bill) & then they "forget" to take their lock off. I rented large space, after 6 months, price increase, 4 mo later, another price increase, pretty much every 6 months, they drive up the price. So, I look online and my same space is $60 less to a new renter and $30 less for "regular price". Never been late or missed a payment. They drive up the price above quoted prices once you have your stuff in there. Probably they make more money "auctioning your stuff". Go somewhere else unless you only need a few months to transition.

Renters BEWARE...you may THINK you are storing your possessions in a safe and secure facility as this place advertises. Little do you know that these units are negligently constructed and allow RATS to infiltrate into you storage locker and destroy all of your belongings with urine and feces. My wife's wedding dress was destroyed, my daughters toys were destroyed, family pictures...yep, you guesse......d it destroyed!! I am currently at work, but will be happy to post photos shortly. 3/20/11 Dishonest!!! After 3 months, rent was raised significantly. I just read another review that said the rent was raised twice in 6 months! What a scam! If I had read that other review, I would have chosen another company. There are several cometitors nearby.
