I was told that there would be dollies and hand trucks I could use but not available when I got there. Service was great. Happy with my unit.

Made a reservation for a storage unit for my son in Colorado Springs at the Hearn Ave, Santa Rosa, CA location. The representative, Jessica Levine was very helpful and arraigned everything without any problem. She was even able to secure a lock to be picked uo In Co. Springs when my son arrived. Very easy transaction and a very pleasant rep.

I have never had to rent a storage facility but we are downsizing and closing one of our stores and needed some space to store our fixtures. I called Extra Space and they were very helpful on the phone I reserved the spot I wanted because there was only one left of the largest size. I went there the next morning and the service I received and information given was above and beyond what I would expect, it's just nice to get good service these days. I have never yelped before but I had the best experience with the staff, Casey and Setha, at Extra Space Storage on Hearn Avenue in Santa Rosa. I feel I must let people know how great this place is beginning with the first conversation with Casey who was very friendly and very helpful throughout my many questions of the size I needed. Don't know why this location has the mid-range rating it does because my 3 month experience with them was outstanding from day 1! The staff was courteous, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions and address any concerns. I would use them again without hesitation should the need arise.
Setha and Heidie are both great...friendly, efficient & helpful. Some confusion regarding what the internet cost terms are vs. what the actual cost is but they took care of it to my satisfaction. The facility is very clean and safe.
