Really good place for your storage needs. Gets a little busy sometimes depending on when you go. Really love Aunty Ana so friendly and really gives off the Aloha spirit. She was kind over the phone and even more of a pleasure to meet in person.

Great detail to security. Well lit facility. I have had the pleasure of speaking and working with Ana at this location. She has been so accommodating to our storage needs and price range. Ana always shows empathy when personal emergencies come up regardless of the situation. The location is secured by gate access with an assigned code per unit only as well as getting into the storage building itself. Thank you Ana for your great customer service. I needed a storage unit close by and immediately. I inquired online and got a good deal. This is my 2nd time renting a unit through Extra Space but at a different location. Anna was the best customer service agent ever. She was courteous and walked me through everything. I highly recommend this location. It's out of the way and not crowded

Ana was very helpful and even though I had to switch units at the last minute. If it wasn't for her it would be a pain in the butt. I am thankful for her and her patience.

I rented a 4X4 storage space form ESS since December 2023, which is all the space I needed to hold my stuff temporarily while I clean up my condo, just a few miles away. Access to the storage facility was very convenient for me, including the parking and the secured entrance/exit to the facility. The staff here are the most helpful. Especially Annie and Kim. I will definitely come back to rent again from this facility if the need arises again.
