The search, space, and move-in procedures were fairly simple. Overall I would have liked more time to hold the unit. I signed my lease that day for fear of losing my spot. I had to overlap my current spot. Also, I was hoping to rent for the long term but that was not an option. While I fear rent increases I can never truly call this my spot.
