I wanna share my great experience working with Josh (Pearl City Location) today. Firstly, he was very courteous and polite, as well as knowledgeable in assisting me is getting several storage units that I needed. He went out of his way to secure the units that I needed, which included units at a different location, all the while dealing with customers that came into the store, and the never-ending phone calls that came in. I don't understand any reviews less than 5 for this company and this location. Kim is incredible with how she assists customers, and the pricing is the best on the island. Facility itself and units are clean and well-maintained, the location is convenient, and accessibility (days/hours) are great! Again, Kim is on top of her tasks at all times, is pleasant, genuinely caring and helpful, and she follows up with any/all inquiries, issues, concerns with a sense of urgency. I needed to rent a small storage unit for the summer for my classroom supplies. I'm switching schools and there was no way I was going to bring all my stuff to my apartment (which is barely bigger than some storage units, as it is). I shopped around online and read tons of Yelp reviews before settling on Extra Space. Good location & super friendly staff! Secure property & affordable prices. Some units are a little outdated but they are updating the units:)
We were moving and had a 10x10 storage for a few months. We knew we still would need a smaller unit after we moved so we rented a 4x8 storage and the transition was done perfectly. We love the location and the hours and will continue to use Extra Space Storage in Pearl City. We are on the 2nd floor but with a cart and a lift, there is no problem.
Great interaction with their customer. They don't talk down at the customer very friendly I would recommend this site to anyone
I found a great deal online and right after clicking ok, my phone rang. Excellent service! I met with Kim she showed my the locker and explained everything to me. I will always go back to Extra Space Storage in Pearl City.
It was easy getting a Extra Space Storage locker. I looked on line and found the locker size I needed. I reserved that locker and they had a special rate on that day on line. I went down to Extra Space Storage office, told them I had a locker reserved. Carina showed me the locker and we did the contract agreement with the explanations and the auto pay, so no late payments. It was quick and the same day I was loading the locker.
