First I want to thank the hard working staff at Extra space as our stay could have not been great without the excellent customer service. In the beginning, we rented there when It was A-American storage and then it changed to Extra Space storage. We were there 20+ years. My only major concern that made us leave this storage facility is it raised our rent pretty frequently, and when I complained about it they responded by saying they have no control over it. Crappy service. They didnt even know my unit got broken into but yet I still had the sticker on my lock saying it was checked. Ana terrible customer service

Like all storage facilities, constantly raising their fees. Vehicle's stored there, but had tires stolen along with a cracked window. Poor security measures. Make things much more difficult especially when needing to pay essential items of importance (i.e. rent, utilities, and bills).

TRUST ALL THE 1-STAR REVIEWS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I found out first hand why this place is marginally cheaper than other storage places in the area. Poor customer service. Plain and simple. I signed a rental agreement for an 8x16 locker with a promo code I found thru work. I thought this code was for all DOD employees, but apparently only for active duty members. No prob. My mistake. Well HOT DANG! Lmao. I wish I read these reviews before renting here. Rented here because price was decent. Said to have gotten a deal of 1st months rent but realized I've never gotten that deal. PROS: NOT AVAILABLE. Let's go straight to cons CONS: no AC available in units which makes moving items and sweating ur butt off very frustrating. Hardly any lighting. Do not pay to store items here. Employees cannot be trusted. Belongings were not secured and employees showed zero concern. Wouldn't trust anyone working here because it's hard to believe thefts are random.

My storage unit recently got broken into! Stuffs were, that were sentimental time that can't be replaced. Reported it to the police. Planning to move my stuff from there.

We initially rented from here because it is close to our house. The only good thing was the staff was friendly and helpful when we initially opened our unit. We didn't even get the first month free as advertised. We would get letters indicating a increase In Fees every 6 months and that was our last straw. We have since closed out account and moved on. And I forgot to mention the facility is run down.

Went in at 9:30a, and as usual the restroom was locked and there was nobody in the Office. After loading up, I drove out and in again to use the restroom and it was still locked (nearly 10:00a!) The most unbelievable thing is that I drove down the street to Hawaii Self Storage and rented a smaller space and offloaded. Went back to Extra Space after 10:30... still no one in the office and the restroom was still locked....
