This storage facility is one of the best if you are in the Pearl City/ Aiea area. Secure and well lit, this place is located near the H-1 with easy and secure assess. Just watch out for that rate hike a few months after moving in. For that, I had to split. Mahalo.

I received a card with my new payment amount, I called the extra space office and Jennifer went to work to help me into another unit that cut my bill in HALF! The quality of her service and care for her customers allowed me to save money for my family- thank you extra space, been with them since 20 years ago when it was another company-

Loved using their service when I needed find a storage option quickly. They were very helpful and responsive, especially Miss Jennifer, to ensure I had everything I needed, and even had everything ready when I needed to move to a bigger unit. Facility is always clean and the grounds are kept professional.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. All my questions were answered. My husband and I had a problem with the lift but was shown how to use it!!! Now we are pros using it!!! Thank you everyone for helping me and making me feel comfortable.

I have been renting here for almost 20 years. I've read the reviews and come to the conclusion that either some people have never rented ANY self storage before or have some things to learn. This facility is old. I was told it is one of the originals on the island, back from the seventies? So it doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the newer storages, such as air conditioning and passenger elevators. It's an awesome location though. I needed a last minute storage unit and they had the best prices in the area (literally lowest prices on the island), even offering a month free rent on promotion with no term agreement. They held the gate open for me being as I was arriving right at closing. They delivered A+ customer service in my opinion. If I did have a critique it would be that the units have 9' or 10' ceilings, so stacking is limited.
