I have NEVER met a more Capable, Professional, Pleasant, Helpful and Knowledgeable storage manager than Jennifer B., at Hawaii Kai! The customer service at this facility is anything but short of Amazing. I first met Anna to tour the facility to get an idea as to the size of storage unit I needed. She was very accommodating and offered to show us multiple units. Two weeks later I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, the facility manager whom again showed us multiple storage units to make sure we had enough room to store our belongings. Be careful if youre doing long-term storage-- they gradually raise the prices on your storage unit pretty quickly. It being the only storage unit around, it's convenient and kept clean.

I visited this location to pick up moving boxes. I had previously rented at unit at their Kalaukaua location. Hawaii Kai's store manager, Jennifer Brandenburg, was so wonderful to work with. Even though I was just buying some boxes, she was super helpful and informative. Her customer service is superb and her happy, upbeat personality made my day! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Friendly staff, good facility, clean and secure. Temp is not a/c to human temp but acceptable for storage. We rented a couple of units on the first floor which makes it easier than going up in the elevators. Loading trolleys are provided and you can back up right to the door. Good place for temporary storage while moving.
