Nice people here ! Very helpful with everything . Even when I noticed my rent bumped up, they were able to help me with options to lower it ! Mahalo !

I love this place, so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad my father's moving company set us up with them, they are very easy to work with and bend over backwards to help. The aloha is big!

I would give it five stars but they keep upping the price. I'll be priced out soon. That's the only draw back. Don't get multiple unit discounts either. Staff is awesome.

Dane and Boomer were terrific! Excellent customer service, they took the time to go over all of the options with us without pressure. Facility is clean and organized and they helped us set up the online reservation from right in the store.

This place makes storage easy. Nice staff, Auntie is my fav. Ryan(?) is nice too. It's clean, well maintained, and the carts have urethane wheels so they are quiet. I will continue to bring my business there. Much Aloha

I had my storage unit for several years. I finally got around to getting rid of all the stuff I wasn't using anymore and didn't need. Through the years I dealt with different takeovers. Different company names and different staff. However, customer service, safety, and an expertly run facility never wavered. I gave up my unit to the staff at the Hawaii Kai location.
