I rented the 5X10-foot storage space for 22 months. Initially, it was very reasonable. The rent has been raised twice. Recently, the monthly rent, insurance, and tax increased from $187 to $272 per month! I realized that we could replace what we stored in there several times a year for less than the annual rent! We moved a lot to our home and donated a lot to Goodwill. If the rent were more reasonable, I would have given 5 stars. The facility is well-maintained for the most part, clean, and air-conditioned. THE kindest and professional staff I've ever met at a storage facility. The place is very clean and secure. Many coded locks and doors for high security. I definitely recommended this place.

Fast, friendly service in Hawai'i Kai where associates can help you problem solve and offer you their best rates. Don't forget to add on taxes & one-time admin fee! It does add up over time, so remember WHY you are storing your things and keep it to a minimum.

Excellent experience with Extra Space Storage. I walked in without an appt. but their person took care of me right away. She rented me a space and explained everything so carefully. She made the entire process so easy for me. Grateful for this great service.

Great storage facility. Can't beat the location in Hawaii Kai. I had a great experience with the team. East Honolulu storage is not cheap but very convenient if you live in the area.

Had to rent a second smaller unit. Josh was so helpful on the phone, had the unit rented and available for use within minutes. Hats off to these guys! Very efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Easy Breezy with Robert. Was in and out in a few minutes with a new unit. Facility is clean and secure, good loading area and all common areas well maintained. Super pleased with initial phases of walk through and intake. Mahalo Robert!!!

We had a 5x10 storage space on the main level that we had booked through Robert. His professionalism and customer service was so welcoming and inviting and he answered all of our questions. The warehouse was clean and easy to access and very conveniently located in Hawaii Kai. Would use again in future and I highly recommend this place!
