Outstanding service and amazing space. Deb was the best to work with and gave me a tour of the facility before I moved my stuff to my space. Clean, well let and easy access in the Hawaii Kai location.

During the fires in Lahaina, Maui in 8/2023, Hawaii Kai Extra Space Storage donated 4 big storage units for us to store all the donations that we were not able to send over at once. They allowed us to keep the donation drop off location open longer to allow the community a chance to help Lahaina, Maui. I am born and raised in Lahaina but now live in Hawaii Kai and this gesture from the staff here made our hearts so full. I know our family and friends in Lahaina are truly grateful for their support. First of all, I can't say enough about the staff at the Kalanianaole Hwy ExtraSpace storage. Deborah was wonderful. She was very helpful. She knew that I was going to have pallets, she started working on the transferring me to the unit next-door to my unit. So I have an easier time getting my pallets in the storage unit. Debrah wanted Jeff to do the transfer as a teaching moment, which, I just love when people learn how to do things, right.
