The staff was very friendly. They showed me a few options in person and I was able to pick the one I wanted right on the spot. It took about 10 mins from seeing the unit to signing the paperwork and I was able to move items in right away. I would suggest bringing a lock so you don't have to purchase one, but they do have them available for purchase. And also know the value of your items because you will need to purchase insurance.
