Finding a long-term storage unit in the Bay Area that doesn't raise prices sky-high is nearly impossible. I am continually impressed with the professional look, feel and cleanliness of the Thornton Way, San Jose property! The management is always friendly, sincerely accommodating and very professional. Tony, the manager, is busy daily being extremely vigilant keeping up on what's happening throughout the property. He and Chris are very helpful to us storage renters. Tony Tony Tony. What can I not say about how polite, professional, and customer service oriented employee in these times where people don't care, Tony shows that he's the best in this company. I had never had a bad experience. He even called me to say that my lock wasn't locked properly and was worried. Turns out it was my scatter brain's fault.
