This is by far the cleanest place I have stored with. The manager is kind, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is safe. She's updated keypads on the doors, had better security cameras put in, and you see her out checking on things throughout the day. It's hard to find people who care so much these days. I definitely wouldn't store anywhere else!

I had never rented a storage unit before, but needed a place to stash the many boxes cluttering my garage. Popped into this location since it's near my favorite burger place and Rachel walked me through the whole process, showed me multiple unit size options and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!

The Manager Rachael, is the Best at her job, very professional lady at all times to my family & I. I have been a customer of this location for many years. Through 3 ownership changes, it remains convenient and well-run. I had an incident today with my lock. Chad, the associate at this Chatsworth location, was very professional and demonstrated good old-fashioned customer service. He is an absolute gentleman and immediately replaced the lock while not charging me for the replacement in recognition of my many years as a valued customer.
