I have had the best experience because of the staff at Extra Space Storage. They truly went out of their way to support me in every way possible. I highly recommend this facility! You'll be in great hands!
Not recommended at all !!!! The customer service is bad They over charge me For the administration fee !!!

the fact that i'm even sitting here making a review speaks volumes for itself alone, a woman who works here by the name of rachel has completely, 100%, by herself, & herself alone, made me cancel my account here. i'm a very good customer & i pay on time every month but if you stay one minute too late etc then she literally punishes you, no warnings or anything, but makes it impossible to use your storage unit & talks down to you & treats you like garbage. so in the end this place was a huge waste of my money & time &... read more
Storage is new safe and clean . I've been renting a 10x10 originally price was $207 by the 3rd moth price had changed to $220 I stopped by spoke with them I was told it's because you need to set up automatic payments. No problem let's do it! Few months go by I get an automatic charge over $340. For this and last month I called and I was told we will call Corp and see what the issue is . Auto-payments do not affect rate increases, and we will coach our staff to better explain this process. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I rented a storage unit here and I got all my stuff from my unit stolen. I then filed a claim with their bullshit insurance and i haven't heard back from them in months!!! I call them, email them and i can't get any reply. Not to mention, after i got my stuff stolen they had the nerve to raise my rent $100. Also, everyone that works their looks like they just hate their life. This place sucks.

I have had a small storage unit there for 19 years and the rent has over quadrupled. Rent increases have always been sent by post card with about 2.5 weeks notice. I complained to the manager about the short notice and he said that a certifiedletter was sent out one month ahead. But I never received it as they have never done this ever. I called the company and got the same lie. He said that it would be elevated to the district manager. I have yet to hear from them. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Read this before renting in this place after 6 months I grabbed two parks of exactly the same size and these people without further ado raised almost double the price of what I had rented, the difference was that a parking lot had a price and another park a different price when I went and asked the manager what had happened he simply cannot explain it without giving me an answer why the price of one was different from the other if both will be the same do not rent to this place
