I have only great things to say about this Extra Space Location. A very clean and well managed facility. Diana helped me and she is extremely helpfull and friendly. Pleasant personallity and professional. Thank you so much.
I love storing here. Very friendly staff. Guillermo and Diana are excellent and extremely helpful. Always there to answer any questions and always answer the phone and return phone calls. Although this storage space isn't very close to my house, I have still decided to with them twice because of how great they are. Highly recommend!!

I moving long distance, and I needed materials. I met Diana Veloz, Assistant Manager, and she was very patient , and knowledgeable ! She even created an inventory list of items I might need ! So a week later I came back, and again this woman is consistent. Shes Friendly, and very professional.I purchased items, and she helped me load it into my car! I was very impressed! Diana is the lady my husband dealt with and she was a sweet as sugar. We didn't end up getting a unit, however if you ever need storage unit come here and ask for Diana. She's more then helpful.
I rented two spaces, one for myself and one for my mother when she had to move. The experience was excellent. Guillermo is wonderful, remembers me and my name whenever I go by the office. Easy access, great hours, clean and I have been totally happy.
A haiku to sum it up: Stored here for three months There were no issues for me I do recommend I rented a storage unit here for about 3 months. For temporary storage, I highly recommend this facility. Is it cheap? Not really, but it was relatively the same price as the others in the area. Would I recommended this for long term storage? No, I wouldn't, but I also don't think storage units are cost effective for long term storage regardless. Another debate, I suppose... Nice, clean facility with good security in a nice area! Price is suitable for the unit I rented. Beware of Internet Specials and the price increase that soon will follow within a couple of months after renting the unit. Staff is attentive when available. However, when I got there to rent a unit, the staff member was walking the facility and I had to wait outside of the office for over 10 minutes until they came back.
I have a storage unit in chatsworth, ca but I live in the inland empire , they are so good about sending an email reminding me when bill is due. I like this place alot
