I love the service I get here. I have had to replace my locks a few times and they are always so sweet and helpful. Very clean property as well. I high recommend this property. Never had any issues.

I have been here for over 13 years! We got a unit in early 2008 and have loved the prices, how clean it is and most importantly the staff! They are just a call away and have been so kind to us. I would recommend anyone store anything here! We have stored cars, moving boxes, large furniture. They keep the property clean and updated. I always see someone beautifying the property!!

The staff at Extra Space Storage in Chatsworth on Devonshire has been amazing from day 1. I e been renting a unit here for the past few years & recently upgraded to a larger unit. They really made the move super easy. During Covid the staff has been taking extra precautions to make sure all the clients feel safe on site. If you have storage needs. I highly recommend this location.

Erik was super helpful, he answered all our questions and gave us a tour of the unit, he offered to hold the unit until we decided on which option was best for our situation. He broke all the pricing and insurance options down for us. The customer service at this location and the Canoga Park were exceptional!

Diana Veloz is the best... really just go to her she'll take care of everything. She helped me out the minute I walked in all the way till I left. I didn't do much except wait about 5 minutes. Also she's on top of her things and knew exactly what to do for everything!

Sue helped us with our storage spot and she was extremely friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend this storage space because of sue specifically. She made the entire experience very enjoyable. Sue knows storage. When it comes to an easy, efficient, process sue is the one! Diana was the storage manager and was also very friendly!!
